Comments regarding the Covanta Incinerator sent to BACI

As my Ward is in close proximity to the development, I’ve always supported the objectors in their quest to overturn the planning approval. I have a particular concern of increased daily vehicular movements to & from the incinerator, effects of pollution and further urbanisation. I’m not convinced there is a requirement for a non rail served development in this area.
